About Us

Brainastics is a pre-school program that teaches children to read and write using a system called synthetic phonics, and a program called ‘Jolly Phonics’. The program focuses on the 42 main sounds, rather than just the 26 letters of the alphabet.

It has been proven as the most effective way to teach children, with research showing that children taught using the Jolly Phonics method are on average 11 months ahead with their reading skills, compared to children taught using other learning methods.

It has also been found to benefit children with dyslexia.

Synthetic phonics is being used extensively in schools in the UK and the United States.

Brainastics will provide your child a head start when they get to school. They’ll learn language using fun, interactive, multi-sensory methods in a safe environment.
